
The first step of our journey together would be to fully discuss what it is that the PMO is expected to deliver to your business. This would include discussions with all stakeholders to create the vision and mission for your PMO along with supporting goals and objectives to meet business needs.

The second step of our journey would be to plan with you the necessary actions in order for your PMO to fulfil your business objectives. This plan would be shared with all stakeholders for full agreement.

The third step of our journey is to deliver to the agreed plan. We would set milestones and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure that we continue to work to the desired goals and objectives to meet the business needs.
The PMO will now be delivering to business needs but it will not necessarily be the end of the journey because company needs do change and services required from the PMO may also need to change.
